I am so glad Briddick Webb was my realtor. He and his team were very helpful in making the process less of a burden for me, an out of state estate executor. For example, one morning I called him about a problem that had come up. He was busy getting little ones ready for school and he told me he would figure something out and a few minutes later he called me back with a plan. Briddick worked patiently with us to find a second home in Bellingham which closed this month. We came up from out-of-town various weekends and holidays on short notice over the period of several months, but he always made time for us to show homes. My girlfriend and I were both kind of picky and had different ideas of what we were looking for. Somehow Briddick managed to point us to homes that worked for both of us. Briddick is very professional, well connected, and has good rapport with other agents and lenders. My girlfriend had lived in Bellingham previously and knew his good reputation. More importantly for us, he is a straight shooter, very approachable, and got the job done.

Briddick recently listed and sold an investment home of ours here in Bellingham. He and Jillian did an incredible job for us. During the process, they communicated with us each step of the way so we always had daily and weekly progress reports, we always felt looked after. There were all kinds of small details they just took care of for us, whether it was a small fix on the house, or a unique detail in the photos and how the home was marketed, every step was world class. I would highly recommend Briddick and have already passed his name on to some of our friends who are looking to sell this Spring.

We began looking for a place a few years back online. Briddick reached out both online and a couple of calls in an unobtrusive way. (we love his style). His assistant Jillian was most helpful in showing us places. We completely changed what/where we were looking and they rolled along with us. Briddick and his team make the buying (and selling) process super easy and comfortable. We just purchased a condo and we were unavailable to go see it when it came on the market. Briddick went over there himself, took videos for us, checked it out thoroughly and we made an offer for it based on his recommendation without having physically seen it. It closed today, we got our keys and his assistant Jillian opened the door for us to our new home with a thoughtful welcome gift. Approximately 6 years ago Briddick sold another condo for us in 5 days with multiple over-ask offers. A great guy, a great team. We highly recommend them.
